      <image:caption>Atieh Mirfakhar is an Integrated Researcher at the Business Research Unit (BRU-IUL) of ISCTE-IUL. Her research focuses on topics related to human resource management and change management, more specifically on implementation of HR practices, performance management, and feedback. Her work has been published in the International Journal of Human Resource Management. She was a post-doctoral researcher at BRU of ISCTE-IUL working on REAL PAL project. She has received her PhD from ESADE Business School (Spain) and was a visiting scholar at KU Leuven (Belgium). Atieh has a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology (Iran), an MBA from K.N. Toosi University (Iran), and a Master of Research in Management Sciences from ESADE (Spain). Atieh also has working experience as an HR expert in an Iranian holding company where she was responsible for implementation of various HR practices and projects.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Silvia Dello Russo, psychologist, is Associate Professor of OB, HRM &amp; Organization at Luiss University, Rome, Italy. Previously, she was Associate Professor at TBS Education, Toulouse, France, and Assistant Professor at ISCTE-IUL in Lisbon, Portugal. She has conducted research visits at several Universities in Europe (Aston Business School, UK; Catholic University, Italy; WU Vienna, Austria) and Canada (Rotman School of Management). Her research projects, funded by FCT (Portugal) and SIOP (USA), focus on HR practices for development, which include career management, coaching, and most notably feedback and performance management. Intertwining lines of research regard the relationship between a leader and a collaborator and work motivation across the lifespan. Her publications appeared in outlets such as Human Resource Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Occupational and Organizational Psychology.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Frederik Anseel is Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Vice Dean of Research at King’s Business School, King’s College London. Previously, he was Head of Department at Ghent University (Belgium) and held visiting positions at ESSEC Business School (France), Bocconi University (Italy) and University of Groningen (The Netherlands). Frederik Anseel is an elected Fellow of the International Association of Applied Psychology and he currently serves as the President of the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology. He studies the psychological microfoundations of organizational learning, innovation and entrepreneurship. His recent work focuses on how leaders and individuals can overcome motivational obstacles during the innovation and entrepreneurial process to “keep the fire burning”. His work has been featured in media such as Harvard Business Review, BBC, Science, Nature, Psychology Today, the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and The Guardian. Apart from his work in academia, he has several years of industry experience by founding and managing two consulting firms, including one university spin-off..</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Mariella Miraglia (PhD) is a Work and Organisational Psychologist and Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management at the University of Liverpool Management School. Her main research interests pertain to attendance behaviours in organisations, specifically absenteeism and presenteeism (that is attending work when sick), and individual wellbeing. She is also passionate about human resource practices with a special focus on performance management, organisational coaching, and bottom-up job re-design initiatives, such as job crafting. Prior to joining the Management School in Liverpool, Mariella held a lectureship position at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia, and a post-doctoral fellowship at John Molson School of Business, Concordia University in Canada.
